Mulroy College student Maeve McClean achieved a remarkable result in her Junior Cert this week.
She was awarded six distinctions – meaning she achieved a result of 90% or more in six of her chosen subjects.
The Principal of Mulroy College, Ms Fiona Temple, said:
“Maeve is an incredible young lady who has worked consistently well and richly deserves these results. Maeve is also incredibly accomplished is the field of swimming with provincial and national titles to add to her achievements.”
“On top of all this Maeve is kind, generous and extremely humble, I have no doubt she will continue to succeed in life as she has such a positive attitude, focus and dedication. I wish her and all our Junior Certificate students every congratulations.”
