Donegal Public Participation Network along with Cllr Donal Mandy Kelly invite everyone to the “Winter Wellness” Event next Tuesday the 12th of December in the Radisson Hotel Letterkenny.
The event starts at 12noon until 2.00pm.
The MC for the event will be Bill Vaughan and will be opened and welcomed by Cllr Donal Mandy Kelly with a number of guest speakers on the day from across the HSE and local support groups.
There will also be stands for networking and gathering information.
Cllr Kelly said: “I’d urge everyone to come along and listen to the guest speakers and also see the Information that’s available to avail of. This is a very important event that I would urge families, friends, businesses, and the general public to take time to attend.
“Unfortunately mental health has become a major issue in society and is not going away and this will be a very informative event that people can pick up information for friends, families, work colleagues or even for themselves it’s always good to know where you can turn to and what help is out there should someone be needing to avail of it.
“If this information event saves one life it will be a success. Everyone is welcome and there will also be refreshments served.”
