Conor Gartland has been selected as Donegal’s senior hurling captain for the 2024 season.

The Burt player will be assisted by Steven McBride Setanta Hurling Club as Vice Captain.

“Two young players with leadership qualities, dedication, and on-field presence to guide the team in 2024. We wish them, the team and management every success this season,” said a message from Donegal GAA.

The Donegal hurlers face Wicklow in their Allianz National Hurling League Division 2B opener in Aughrim on Sunday.
