The recent slide in support for Sinn Fein seems to be halting, according to the latest political polls.
Today’s Business Post/Red C poll shows a bump of 3 percent for Sinn Fein, up to 28 percent.
They have remained as the most popular party in Ireland during their recent slide, but still remain some way below their highest polling number of 36 percent recorded in 2022.
There were some small losses for Government parties, with Fianna Fail on 16 percent and the Green Party on 3 percent both losing 1 point.
However Fine Gael remained steady at 20 percent of support from the public.
