However, drier and brighter weather will quickly follow through the morning, with long sunny spells developing for the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in moderate northwest winds, easing later.
It will be cold and clear for much of the night with some frost possible. Cloud will increase towards dawn, along with freshening southwest winds. Lowest temperatures of -1 to + 1 degrees.
Tomorrow will see a wet day with rain during the morning and persisting for much of the day. Rather breezy too with moderate to fresh southerly winds. Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees.
