McDaid and Doherty Floor Screeding Ltd is seeking outline permission for the construction project in the Glenview estate development, with connection to existing services and all associated works.

Within the application is an ‘agreement in principle’ that has been reached with Donegal County Council providing for the transfer of 9 three-bed properties to the council for an undisclosed all-in cost. The agreement in principle is not contractually binding.
An outline permission application contains an initial plan to see if the local authority agrees to it in principle. If granted, further permission must be sought with more detailed design plans provided.
