The High Court has appointed a liquidator to the well-known coastal Creevy Pier Hotel near Ballyshannon.
A petition was submitted to the court by MCBFG Woodberry Leisure Limited which has a registered office at the hotel. According to a notice published in local papers, the petition for winding up the company was presented in the High Court last week by Jim McBride, a member and a creditor, and Christopher McBride, a member of the company.
As a result, Mr John Healy, of Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants, 3 Fitzwilliam Court, Pembroke Street, Upper, Dublin 2 was appointed Provisional Liquidator of the company.
The Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court on Monday, June 17 June 2024 at 10.30am.
