I’m extremely grateful to continuous support from my team, especially Sharon Broderick, Eddie Dolan and Veronica Watters.’
Dawn is not the only staff member from Specsavers Donegal Town who has benefited from this important educational support. Shannon progressed from store manager to director after completing Specsavers’ Leadership and Management course and Pathways program, a bespoke training and development program that provides clinicians with the tools to become successful business owners through the joint venture partnership model.
