Donegal County Council has granted permission for a major extension to a Ballybofey housing estate.
Longmarsh Development Ltd has been given the go ahead for 44 new houses at ‘The Beeches’ in Navenny.
The proposed development is subject to 34 conditions set down by council planners. This includes that, prior to the commencement of construction, the entrance road should be finished with a ‘final wearing course.’
