Watch: Harps players ‘buzzing’ ahead of long-awaited home game

Finn Harps goalkeeper, Tim Hiemer, said he and his teammates are relishing their long-awaited home game against Bray Wanderers tomorrow night.

The return to Finn Park comes on the back of a tough losing streak. Darren Murphy’s charges were defeated twice away to Cork City in the league and FAI Cup. Last weekend, they made the long trip home from Limerick empty handed after going down 1-0 to Treaty United. However, they still remain in the hunt for a play-off position.

“The boys are buzzing to be back at home on Friday,” Hiemer said.

The German native spoke to FHTV as the squad looked forward to playing in front of the Finn Park crowd after three lengthy away trips on the spin.
