Yoga, sea and spa the magic formula for in-demand Shandon Selfcare Sundays

Shandon Hotel & Spa’s Selfcare Sundays are becoming one of Donegal’s most sought-after escapes, with demand rising for the yoga, sea swimming, and spa pampering experience.

The seaside hotel’s 2nd retreat of its kind has quickly sold out for 25th August.

Due to popular demand, they have added an extra date on Sunday 15th September.

The one-day blissful retreat begins at 9am on the Wee Beach at Marble Hill with Yoga and Breathwork with in-house Yoga instructor Vicky Toye, followed by an optional sea swim.

Afterwards you will make your way to the award-winning spa for your Thermal Suite session. Once you have melted away the stress, nourish yourself with a delicious lunch in JonJo’s where you can finish the day by enjoying the views over Sheephaven Bay.

If you have never tried Yoga, sea-swimming or come to the Shandon Spa thermal suite before, this Selfcare Sunday is the perfect chance to try it in a relaxed environment. Even if you arrive alone, once here you will be met with likeminded people for a day of relaxation and calmness.

The cost is €70 per person. Spaces for September 15th can be reserved by emailing jevans@shandonhotelspa.com.

Note: While the August 25th date is fully booked, you can join the cancellation list at jevans@shandonhotelspa.com if a spot opens up.
