A Donegal County Councillor is to be served with a book of evidence after he was charged with allegedly stealing a mobile phone from another councillor.
The case against Councillor Frank McBrearty was mentioned at Letterkenny District Court this week.
The alleged incident took place at the Aura Leisure Centre, Sallaghrane, Letterkenny on July 11, 2022.
