A man has pleaded guilty to robbing a shop in Muff.
Francis McDonagh appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court yesterday where he was charged with robbery at Harkin’s Shop in the Inishowen town on June 5th last year.
A total of €450 in cash and other goods was taken during the robbery.
McDonagh, 41, of College Row, Letterkenny, also pleaded guilty to using force on the shop assistant.
The case was adjourned until next week when McDonagh, who is currently in custody, will be sentenced.
The victim in the case is also expected to give evidence to the court.
