A Co Donegal man charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of eight men was remanded on continuing bail until February 9 today.
Shaun Kelly, 23, of Hill Road, Buncrana, is charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of eight men at Meenadiff, Clonmany, Co Donegal, on July 11 last year.
At a short hearing at Buncrana District Court this morning, Judge Paul Kelly was told that the Book of Evidence in the case is quite “substantial”.
More than 200 statements will be included in the Book of Evidence which will be presented to the court next February.
