‘I gcomhrá’ is a special programme that will be broadcast during Seachtain na Gaeilge 2012 on Inishowen Community Radio (ICR fm) with Helena King, a student from Fiontar in Dublin City University, interviewing a lot of well known faces in the Irish-speaking world.

Helena is currently working with Raidió na Life on a year-long internship in conjunction with Craol (the Community Radio Forum of Ireland) and Fiontar, DCU.

In the series, Helena will be finding about the ‘real’ person behind the camera, book, microphone, or whatever it was that put them in the public eye in the first place.

So make sure you’re listening in, every weekday morning at 9am on ICR fm during Seachtain na Gaeilge (5th – 17th March), to hear the most interesting stories about their lives and work from the likes of musicians Enda Reilly and Fiachna Ó Braonáin from the Hothouse Flowers, the writer Anna Heussaff, the global nomad Manchán Magan, and the legend himself Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh and a lot more familiar faces.

That’s I gcomhrá le Helena King, every weekday morning during Seachtain na Gaeilge at 9am, on ICR fm. Listen in on 105 and 107.6fm!
