And the fruits of that new digital focus will be evident when Patrick’s opens his amazing new salon at the Riverside Retail Park which opens on June 18th.

Their online presence will be completely customer focused and will reflect the ever changing and innovating environment that is Patrick Gildea Hairdressing.

Patrick Gildea Hairdressing Team are very customer focused in every aspect of the business and online is going to be no exception.

Patrick Gildea commented; “We want to give our fans a reason to like our page, we plan to give them hints and tips on hair care, lots of pictures of the looks we create and keep them up to date with the latest hair trends and news, not to mention Facebook only offers and competitions. Facebook is also a place where we can listen to our customers and get feedback.”

Patrick continued “Offline and online, our customer’s needs are number one. Our digital presence will be unique in that we will offer quality over quantity content. We want to inform our customers of our offers and expertise in a way that they would like.”

Wifi will be available in the salon so customers can browse for free while they are getting their hair done. If they have found the look they want online, this gives them the opportunity to show this to their hair stylist during their consultation. Staff will soon be equipped with iPad’s on the salon floor for improved customer service.

This is only the start of Patrick Gildea Hairdressing embracing digital. They will be bringing lots more exciting digital advances to hairdressing in the North West.
