A 39 year old Donegal man arrested on Wednesday evening, 9th March 2016 in Co Meath and detained at Drogheda Garda station under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended will be charged before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court, at the Criminal Court of Justice, Parkgate Street this evening, Friday 7p.m.
