WAYNE ROONEY SENDS SYMPATHY TO BOYS KILLED IN BUNCRANA

tweetFOOTBALLER Wayne Rooney has sent a sympathy message to the two young boys who died in the Buncrana drownings tragedy.

Mark McGrotty (12) and his eight-year-old brother Evan died alongside their dad, granny and aunt on Sunday.

Today the Manchester United captain tweeted:”Devastating news about young Mark, Evan & family from Derry. Your support hasn’t gone unnoticed. Prayers with family #rooneyformarkandevan“.

The two children were in the car with their dad Sean, grandmother Ruth Daniels and her daughter Jodie-Lee.
