Six Donegal properties set to go under the hammer at online Auction

PROPERTY: Six Donegal properties are set to go under the hammer today at an Allsop online property auction.

The properties which are located in Donegal Town, Ballyshannon and Bundoran respectively – are all available for prospective buyers to purchase today!

Online property auctions are becoming hugely popular, and six properties across the three Donegal towns are up for sale.

A mixed use building in Castle Street, Ballyshannon is 2 x ground floor retail units with 7 x apartments overhead.

This property is reserved at a whopping €160,000.

Also for sale in Ballyshannon are two popular public houses.

Fin McCools on Main Street, (reserve range of €90,000 – €100,000) and Maggies Bar in Westport, offered with Vacant Possession and (reserve range of €75,000 – €85,000.)

Finally, a four-bedroom residential house in Ballyshannon is on the market with a reserve range of €40,000 – €50,000.

The final two properties for sale are in Donegal Town and Bundoran.

A ground floor two bedroom apartment in Donegal Town with a reserve range of €55,000 – €65,000 and a semi-detached three bedroom house in Bundoran with reserve range of €45,000 – €55,000.
