A man is challenging a parking offence after a court heard that yellow parking lines had been painted – outside his house!
Paul Tully of Mullinagung, Lifford is charged with parking on double yellow lines at Main Street in Lifford on January 16th last.
Solicitor Donagh Cleary said he is looking into the law on the matter and asked for time to consider the charge.
The case was adjourned until February.
