CNC Milling Machine Operator
A minimum of two years experience in CNC Milling Machine operation is essential. Applicants must have a good working knowledge and experience in the use of CAD systems, must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Applicants must also possess excellent analytical and interpersonal and communication skills. Programming experience would also be an advantage.
CNC Milling Machine Programmer
A minimum of two years experience in CNC Milling Machine programming is essential. Applicants must have a good working knowledge and experience in the use of 3D CAD systems, must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Applicants must also possess excellent analytical and interpersonal and communication skills.
CNC Flame Cutting Machine/Waterjet Machine Operator
A minimum of two years experience is essential. Applicants must have a good working knowledge and experience in the use of CAD systems, must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Applicants must also possess excellent analytical and interpersonal and communication skills.
Tool Makers
Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience in the building and assembly of progression tooling. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of CAD and must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Experience in the automotive industry would be of an advantage.
QC Office Assistant
The role will involve many aspects of office based work in a busy manufacturing company including updating and creation of documentation for Quality Control, liaising and supporting quality control and production in maintaining documentation and records. The person must have excellent verbal and communication skills and have excellent MS Office skills. Excellent Power Point skills are essential.
Apprentice Tool Maker
No experience is necessary for this position as full training will be provided in conjunction with FÁS. An interest in engineering and hands-on work is essential. The work of a toolmaker involves interpreting drawings and technical data to machine and assemble with great accuracy jigs, fixtures, press tools, dies and punches. Care and attention to detail and high precision are the hallmark of tool making. The use of lathe, milling machine, surface grinders, drilling and spark erosion equipment are the key skills as are the use of precision, marking out and measuring tools. Modern technologies such as wire erosion, computer aided design (CAD) Computer aided manufacture (CAM) and computer numeral control (CNC) machining have become an integral part of the work of the toolmaker.
Machine Operator
Reporting to the Production Manager, the candidate should be mechanically minded. The vacancy involves operating large Mechanical Presses and packing the finished product for shipping. He/she should also have the ability to work in a busy environment, and work on his/her own initiative and to the highest of quality standards.
