What a year it has been for the Patrick Gildea Hairdressing Team in the Centre of Excellence!

This multi award winning salon let loose and took some time to savour their success this year again at the beautiful Castle Grove Country House Hotel with their end of year team awards ceremony.

The night was filled with fun, laughter and reflection on what has been a very special year – where the salon was recognised as “Best Salon in Ireland 2019” for the fifth time as well as numerous other prestigious awards.

Irish Hairdressing Federation Icon Patrick wanted to recognise each team members achievements this year at a beautiful award ceremony where individual awards were handed out to the talented team for their successes in different areas.

There were a few highlights on the night; one when Siobhan Russell and Florrie Muldowney were announced as Stylists having passed their final exams, completing 24 models each; after a 4-year intensive training program. The other was when Senior Stylist Kiera Galbraith was announced as Salon Ambassador.

Commenting Patrick said “It has been a privilege working with so many great people over the years, some have moved on while others are still working with me today. It is a great testament to our team that we have maintained excellent working relationships and I am delighted to see so many of our team stay with us throughout their hairdressing career.

“I am honoured to present Siobhan and Florrie as our new stylists and know how committed they are to their hairdressing career – I’m excited at what the future holds for them.

“We are also delighted to present Kiera as our Salon Ambassador- Kiera has shown tremendous growth over the past few years refining her hairdressing skills and upping her knowledge on every aspect of hairdressing from home hair care to scalp conditions to the latest cutting/colouring techniques. Whatever is happening Kiera has her finger on the pulse. She is also a great mentor to our younger team members providing them with inspiration for their future”.

Congratulations to the whole team at Patrick Gildea Hairdressing, what an impressive year, we look forward to seeing what has yet to come!
