Roadworks at Pearse Road/ Oldtown Road Roundabout in Letterkenny are expected to be completed tomorrow (Friday).
Diversions were put in place in the evenings and nighttime at various sections of road over the past week to facilitate the permanent reinstatement works.
Irish Water contractors have been carrying out the works overnight to minimise impact to traffic, as temporary road closures and stop/go systems were implemented before roads are reopened each morning by 7.30am.
The water utility has today confirmed that the works are scheduled for completion tomorrow, Friday, 3rd of July.
Remaining works at the parking bays at Station House Hotel are to be completed tomorrow (Friday).
