A local business is appealing for information following the theft of a handbag from behind their reception on Friday afternoon.
The incident took place at Saffron Hair & Beauty Clinic on the Canal Road in Letterkenny between 3:35pm and 4:05pm.
The handbag is a blue Fossil shoulder bag and it contained cash, earphones, and a number of personal, non-replaceable items of significant sentimental value.
A spokesperson for the business has asked that if anyone spotted anything outside their salon yesterday or if they come across the bag, please contact Letterkenny Gardaí on 074 9167100.
