Mongan of 83 Meadowbank, Long Lane, Letterkenny, was charged with three of the offences at Simpsons Supermarket, Circular Road, on September 18th, 2019.

Another charge of intimidating a witness related to December 28th, 2019, when the accused admitted threatening or putting a potential witness in fear.
