A trial date has been set for two Donegal people accused of murdering a man whose body was found off SLiabh Liag cliffs in July.
The trial of Alan Vial (38) and Nikita Burns (22) is due to commence in January, 20025.
Both are charged with murdering Robert Wilkin (also known as Robin Wilkin) on June 25th, 2023, at a place unknown within the State.
The body of the victim, who was in his 60s, was found after a week long search off the south Donegal coastline.
Over 200 witness statements have been taken in the case.
The case is expected to last more than four weeks.
