It’s time to put on a brave face once again for charity as the Rathmullan Polar Plunge returns next weekend.
The yearly event raises money for Special Olympics Ireland as brave souls take the plunge all for a good cause.
Along with the plungers, in support of the Law Enforcement Torch Run a number of Gardaí from the Donegal division will be taking the jump at the Rathmullan Pier next Saturday the 17th of February as well.
Registration for the plunge is open at the Pier from 12:30pm.
Along with the plunge taking place at 2pm, a number of events will be taking place alongside the plunge to raise money for Special Olympics athletes – and provide a bit of entertainment as well.
An Arts & Crafts Market will be open from 12pm to 4pm at The Pier Sheds, and there will be a Superhero Drawing Workshop from 12pm to 1:30pm at the back of Beachcombers bar.
