Specially made Pancake Tuesday treats at the award-winning Bluestack Shack in Donegal town are literally flying out the door today!
The coffee shop at The Glebe was set up by the non-profit Bluestack Special Needs Foundation to provide work opportunities for some of their service users.
And, they did not disappoint today!
As you can see from our picture, Miss Aine is on the pancake making duties and she is rocking it!
“Pop in and celebrate the day with a selection of toppings and enjoy the yumminess of this Wonder Woman’s cooking,” a spokesperson for the foundation said.
