The students of Saint Eunan’s College, Letterkenny, put their math skills on display this Pi Day!
Organised by the dedicated Math department, the students came together to form a giant human Pi symbol on the front pitch.
A drone was put ‘pi in the sky’ to capture the spectacle.
Pi (π) is one of the most important mathematical constants. It represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, approximately equal to 3.14159. Pi plays a crucial role in various mathematical and scientific fields, making it a fascinating subject to explore.
This creative celebration demonstrates the school’s enthusiasm for mathematics and its commitment to making learning fun.
