A quirky mini-resort has hit the market outside Muff in Donegal, offering a unique escape from the ordinary for those in hospitality.

Shore House, the former ‘Hideaway Glamping’ site, is on the market with a guide price of €365,000.

The property includes the main period home (understood to date from c.1895s) and eco-glampsite set in Ture, 3km from Muff, overlooking Lough Foyle along the Inishowen Peninsula.

The current owner has in recent times undertaken a full renovation of Shore House and transformed the grounds into an eco-glamping business with attractive gardens and grounds.

There are four eco pods of a wooden design (Rowan Tree, Cherry Blossom, Sleepy Lavender, Daisy Chain) which provide accommodation for up to 12 guests.

In addition to the pods, there is a communal kitchen, toilet/shower facilities and a BBQ area, communal hut called The Sheebeen a steam house with a hot tub and BBQ/sheltered outdoor area called The Wee Ceili House complete with a pizza oven.
