Letterkenny’s Upper Main Street is to close again tonight as the council undertakes demolition works at Market Square.
The works to demolish a number of unsafe buildings began on Sunday last.
The council have said that due to emergency works on the Upper Main Street in Letterkenny a road closure will be in place from 7pm tonight (Tues) to 7am on Wednesday.
The road closure is on the LP1005/2 Upper Main Street Letterkenny from the junction with the LS5017 Rosemount Lane to the Junction with the LP1016/1 Market Square Letterkenny.
Diversions will be in place via the LP1010 Justice Walsh Road or the LS5016 Church Lane or the LS5017 Rosemount Lane.
