The death has taken place in Scotland of Gaoth Dobhair-native, Kathleen Molloy.
The late Ms Molloy (née Sweeney) was born in 1931 in Thorr, Crolly, before emigrating to Glasgow where she passed away peacefully on December 21. She was the last surviving member of a family of 11.
Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Patrick ‘Patsy’ Molloy, -daughter Margaret and son Anthony.
She is survived by her children Patrick, Kathleen, Paul, Eileen, John and Maria.
Her funeral will take place on Wednesday, January 8, at Holy Cross Church, Dixon Avenue, Glasgow at 9:30am.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
