Lady Captain Maura Cavanagh celebrated her Captain’s day on Saturday 11th August with family, friends and members of Letterkenny Golf Club. 

The lady competitors enjoyed fine weather and played a course in tip top condition, undoubtedly the leading parkland course in the North West.

There was a great atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening when the presentation of prizes was made after a lovely meal served up by Browns on the Green.

Later there was music by Gerry and dancing until the small hours. A marvellous occasion and a

great time was had by all.
