Job Vacancy: The Donegal Boardwalk in Carrigart are seeking to hire a Head Chef.
The Boardwalk Bar & Restaurant is part of the Donegal Boardwalk Resort, which will see a +€3 million investment over the next year, including the addition of a spa and additional guest accommodation.
In line with this investment, we are now bringing the operation of the restaurant in-house and are looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy food preparation or restaurant setting, possess strong team leadership skills, be organized and motivating, and have a track record of creative menu initiatives and effective kitchen management.
Responsibilities include:
• Recruiting, training, and developing the kitchen team.
• Designing menus and managing costs.
• Ensuring consistent and excellent service.
• Maintaining all health and safety procedures and policies.
