A young Donegal man has landed a new job as a presenter on Nuacht Cúla4.
Joseph Mac Aoidh joins the daily six-minute news bulletin especially for children from today.
Joseph is 23 and from Gaoth Dobhair. He attended Scoil Adhamhnáin Naofa national school and Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair secondary school before going to Queen’s University, Belfast to study law.
He is very interested in news, current affairs and politics and joins the show having spent six months on an internship with Nuacht TG4 and Raidió na Gaeltachta in 2023.
Joseph loves sport and is a big soccer fan and lines out with Gaoth Dobhair Celtic as well as GAA with Gaoth Dobhair.
What he loves most about Donegal is the beautiful scenery, he enjoys running and walking on the beautiful beaches in his home area. He has a keen interest in reading about history and politics and listening to traditional music.
Nuacht Cúla4 is produced by Fíbín Media who are located next door to TG4 in Co. Galway.
