A public consultation meeting is being in held in Raphoe on Friday to inform the public of plans for new flooding relief measures.
Flooding has been a worsening issue in the town in recent years, most recently seeing severe floods in July of last year, where many homes and businesses were affected.
Flood relief measures have been developed, with plans to help divert or store surface flood water before it reaches the town, due to its unique geographical location.
The meeting is being held between 2-4pm at Friel’s Hotel in the town, with the plans being available to view to the public during those times.
