Donegal International Rally Champ Garry Jennings has said this year’s race just “wasn’t meant to be.”
A devastated Jennings and co-pilot Rory Kennedy were forced to retire after the first stage today.
He left a post on his Facebook Page in which he said his engine trouble was “terminal.”
“It just wasn’t meant to be…. Unfortunately we had engine trouble half way through the first stage nursed it to the end, but it’s terminal and we can “GO” no further.
