THE Owen McDaid (Roe) Mini Bus and Taxi Hire Winter League resumed last weekend at Buncrana Golf Club.

The best score of the weekend was recorded by the stalwart pairing of Paul Eccles (14) and Kevin McDermott (17).

Paul and Kevin played some very consistent golf over the 18 holes to shoot 44 points and take the weekly prize in the process.

This score also moved the pairing into second place in the qualifying table and a certainty to make the qualifiers stages of the match play.
