Johnstone takes first post-lockdown win at Dunfanaghy Golf Club

GOLF returned to action last week and there were two competitions at Dunfanaghy Golf Club.

David Johnstone won Wednesday’s Gents Open Stableford, the first competition since the resumption. Johnstone won with 36 points.

John Nee, with 34 points, won the Saturday Gents Open Stableford.

The sharp frost on Sunday put paid to the Sunday competition.

Gents Open Stableford Saturday 5th December 2020

2nd Alistair Boreland (23) Letterkenny   32 pts
